In observance to the federal law on the protection of personal data in possession of private parties, henceforth “ The Law”, as well as the corresponding regulations, the integral privacy notification is presented, from now on, “The Notification”, the user henceforth “The Owner” of services rendered by “ Digitron”, through the use of a digital platform, from now on “The Platform”, accessible via mobile devices through computer software applications, of desktops and internet browsers, henceforth “The Service”, as well as the people who access and provide information through the internet domain “brainware.us”, in the United States of Mexico “México”

Procedure

From the moment in which “The Owner” expresses his consent to contract “The Service” via electronic means, “Digitron” shall receive and obtain from “The Owner”, the corresponding information (personal data), gathering, compiling, storing, safeguarding, protecting, treating and handling it for the legal purposes agreed upon; likewise “Digitron” undertakes to offer “The Owner”, the requested and agreed upon services, providing them in conformity with the quality and efficiency principles required, in concordance with the values of legitimacy, legality, proportionality and purpose contained in the law, quoted at the beginning.

At all times “The Owner” of the “The Service”, shall be completely responsible for the personal data which he provides on “The Platform” with which “The Service” is rendered on the part of “Digitron.”

Handling the “The Notification” of Privacy

As manager, operator and handler of the “The Privacy Notification” of personal data, agreed upon by “The Owner” with “Digitron”, who will answer in any case to anything related to the same, shall be “Digitron.”

In this case; and to everything related with the same, indicating for these purposes the address Avenida Calle Cafetal, 38, Granjas México, 08400, Iztacalco, Mexico City; in addition “Digitron” is authorized by “The Owner” of the personal data, to carry out the corresponding computations on the cloud, consequently ”Digitron”, as supplier and “The Service” provider, shall previously subscribe, “The Notification”, complying with security measures and mechanisms to protect the contained information, in the personal data.

Provided & received information to carry out “The Notification.”

From the moment in which “The Owner” of “The Service”, provides and delivers its “Personal Data” to “Digitron” and the latter gathers and compiles it for and on “The Platform”, “The Notification” shall be made available to “The Owner”, who shall provide the following needed and essential information so that “Digitron” can materially and licitly render “The Service”, at the moment of interacting with the application (“The Platform”) and the express subscription of “The Notification”, as well as in the moment in case of modifications, to information provided and received in the account of “The Owner.”

In case of “The Owner”, gather:
• Complete name and surnames.
• Electronic mail address.
• Telephone Number.
• • Name, company name, trade name of the natural person or juridical person which needs to be evaluated, in conformity to the service offered by “Digitron”.

Use of the Information

The “Personal Data” which is provided by the “The Owner” and received by “Digitron”, be it in a personal manner, direct or indirect, shall be used for the following purposes:

The supply and compliance of the following primary purposes between “The Owner” and “Digitron”:
• Carry out the basic digital evaluation to the company “The Owner” indicates.
• Inform “The Owner” in regard to any incidence, problem or inconvenience which might arise while providing “The Service”.
• Count with the necessary information to maintain communication at any given moment with “The Owner”, thus obtaining the prompt feedback on any issue or topic on “The Service” provided by “Digitron.”
• Contact “The Owner” in a periodic, sporadic or eventual manner, to render information on products and services provided by “Digitron” , as well as other products and services with marketing, publicity or prospective objectives and purposes.

Change or Modification Notices to “The Notification”

“Digitron” shall be able to carry out the provision of “The Service”, the changes or modifications it considers necessary in regard to “The Notification”, provided that for said purpose the applicable legal dispositions on the matter are observed or complied and when this should happen, “Digitron” shall make available to “The Owner”, the information on these changes or modifications, as well as a new privacy “The Notification” of “Personal Data”, through the following manner, media and procedures:
• Through an electronic mail to the account provided by “The Owner”, user.
• Either by publishing it in the “www.zitruz.com” portal web, or through any other electronic way.
